Long-length roll/shaft prototype campaign

At Kyowa Electric Industry, we are conducting a prototype campaign for long rolls/shafts until November 30, 2020. Only the prototype labor cost is free of charge. We will create prototypes using the manufacturing methods proposed by our company based on the drawings provided. Additionally, while we generally ask customers to handle this, we can accommodate some strength tests for an additional fee. 【Prototype Conditions】 ■ Prototype labor cost is free (please bear the material cost and shipping) ■ Roll diameter: approximately φ50 to φ200 ■ Roll length: approximately 1,500mm to 4,000mm ■ Material: iron-based, SUS (some aluminum support) ■ Excludes polishing, plating, heat treatment, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
